TimeKnot Games is a community-rooted game studio based in the Emerald City, the Hawaiian Islands, and the Big Easy. We build immersive, story-rich games that spark imagination, foster collective intelligence, and model the worlds we want to live in.

🌱 A Community-Rooted Studio

TimeKnot Games began with community. Our grand opening took place on Juneteenth 2023 at the Rainier Arts Center in Seattle, with keynote speeches by Big Chief Shaka Zulu and Nisi Shawl. The event featured:

• 🛠️ Game design workshops
• 📖 Intergenerational storytelling

From day one, we’ve approached games not just as products — but as powerful tools for gathering, healing, and visioning together.

✨ What We’re Making

Our flagship title, Quilltangle: Pixie Parable, is a mythopoetic MMORPG where scribing becomes spellcasting — and typing is a way of shaping living worlds. Players use sacred instruments and elemental companions to co-create the fate of 43 galaxy clusters.

We’re currently active in the 📣 Citizens Assemble! 🏛️🏆 Game Jam, where Quilltangle evolves into a platform for civic imagination and participatory democracy.
